Gather is built by Brash Digital for families to manage chores, a shared calendar, and rewards together. This page explains what information Gather collects, why, and how it's handled.
Gather is multi-tenant: every household's data is isolated from every other household's at the database level. Nobody outside your household can see your family's information, with one exception — if you choose to link your household with another (a feature you opt into explicitly), only the specific event details you send or receive as part of that request are shared with the linked household.
Gather's backend runs on Supabase, which stores data in the cloud on our behalf. We don't run our own servers or database — Supabase acts as our data processor under its own security and privacy practices.
Gather is a family app, and some profiles you create may belong to children in your household. That information is entered and controlled by the adult managing the household account, is never shared outside your household (except the limited, opt-in event-linking case described above), and is never used for advertising.
You can edit or delete any family member's profile, photo, or PIN at any time from within the app. To delete your entire household's account and data, contact us at the email below.
